Orders & pricing

Prices are in euros and include VAT. A contract forms when we email your order confirmation. If a price was listed in error, we cancel and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver across Ireland in 3 working days or less (see delivery options). Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You have 30 days to return unused goods, plus our taste-test promise on food — see refunds & returns.

Product safety

Always supervise pets with toys, and follow feeding guides on food packaging. If a product seems unsafe, stop using it and tell us immediately.
