How returns work

Return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Start a return from your confirmation email or by messaging us — we'll send a prepaid label for Ireland orders.

Taste-test promise

Opened a bag and your pet turned up their nose? Tell us within 14 days and we'll refund or replace it. We'd rather learn what your pet loves than leave you with a full bag nobody touches.

What can't be returned

• Opened grooming liquids for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Personalised or engraved items.
• Products damaged by chewing beyond normal play (though do tell us — durability feedback shapes our range).

Refund timing

Refunds land 3–5 working days after your parcel reaches us. Faulty or damaged on arrival? We refund immediately, no return needed — just send a photo.
